Gillberga wine

The early years

Wine has been produced in Wermland all the way back to the beginning

when the first settlers came to Wermland. The wines produced has mostly

been different types of wines made from local berries as blueberries,

lingonberry, cloudberry, raspberries or juniper. Wine made from birch sap

are one of many specialities from the region of Wermland.

Gillberga wine

Gillberga Wine are produced with the help of modern technology but with very old tradition

of wine production all the back to when the

kings of Wermland gave special produced

wine and other beverages to their guests.
